Injury History
The goal of our Injury History Assessment is to better understand what deficits or imbalances we might come across early in your training. This allows us to more effectively manage past injuries and prevent future ones!
Comprehensive Mobility Assessment
Next up we have the Comprehensive Mobility Assessment, which will allow us to create a daily program of stretches or other protocols, promoting the appropriate amount of mobility to fit your lifestyle/goals. Where a lot of mobility programs go wrong is simply stretching “because it’s good for you”. Stretching needs to be tailored to your sport or daily life. This allows you to more effectively manage the specific stresses the body faces on a daily basis.
Movement Assessment
Now we get to the fun part! With our Movement Assessment, we are able to see what movements or tasks you aren’t able to do very effectively. This gives us input on what exercises or protocols will bring you to your goals the fastest. This step is also crucial for identifying faulty movement patterns that have a higher chance of causing injuries in the future.

Finally, with all the steps in place we can build you a program guaranteed to give you results IF you follow the steps! We make sure the exercises and protocols we provide are 100% goal oriented. We don’t choose flashy exercises that serve little to no purpose. We choose exercises that will take you to whatever level you are striving to reach!
